I loved this cartoon cause it spoke of how men auto be as leaders today. As you notice there are more men than women in the picture and that is a great thing to begin with. I know that this will be a hot topic but here we GO!
In the heat of todays leaders in the church are men who have come from many different backgrounds some have a mother and some don’t but they went through it cause they had too in life. I grew up with most preachers in my background soo I guess you can say I used to be a pkĀ and it was fun. I used to sit with my grandmom in the front and I loved it.
Leadership today I know is different from back then so how can we change it? Men today are great in family and being a leader in the church but there is a down fall to the abuse and the hurt that men or women go through and some people leave and don’t come back to church today.
Men say they can take on anything but some men are secretive and noncommunicators soo how can you lead and you can’t even lead your own family? Men today are great thinkers and providers but how can you change some of the ways you communicate to certain people in your life?
This title has been on my chest today on october 19th 2009 cause I am growing up with men who are sometimes around me but aren’t pushing me to become all that there is today. Men as leaders are soo different from women today cause woman are soo quick to say you can lean on me and men are like go over there and sit.
Men think like men and that is what I love about men but alot of times I get scared of men cause all men don’t fix situations like other men do. Men are great fathersĀ and leaders so at the end of the day they come home and everything is fixed and if its not than give it to the Lord.
My point is there is not enough things for me to list but the one thing is I have alot on my chest about men and the way they think and do leadership. Men are great but what about reaching to the lady or man around the corner from you that is struggling or have reached out to you many of times but you haven’t reached out to that one that needs you the most.
My major point is train up a child the way they should go and when they get old they will not depart from you in the book of proverbs. How can you change men in leadership not only in your church but in your community and be a better place?
